  • 2 tablespoon Taco sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 oz Pavolami
  • 2 tablespoon light cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
  • Pepper as desired
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 oz Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoon red onion
  • 2 tablespoon red pepper
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream

    Blend the eggs, light cream, oregano, and pepper.

    In a frying pan, place the oil on medium heat.

    Drain the mixture in the pan. Let it cook for a few seconds.

    Spread the cheese, onion, red pepper, and PAVOLAMI on top of the mixture. When the bottom is already cooked, fold it gently toward the center of pan. Do this on both sides.

    When ready to eat; serve it on a platter. Then add the taco sauce and the sour cream on top of the eggs.

    Serve it with bread or tortillas.
