   1. Open the attached file, On-Line Order Form, and enter the requested shipping information and the amount of products you wish to purchase. A minimum purchase of thirty dollars ($30)
      worth of products is required.

   2. Email us back the form. We will then email you an invoice with the total amount including FedEx shipping charges.

   3. Mail us a certified check or a money order. Upon receipt of payment we will ship out your order immediately.

We request that you enter a daytime delivery address and phone number. Because of the nature of our product, which must be kept refrigerated, we need to ship all orders utilizing Federal Express 2 day service. This will assure that your order is delivered on a timely matter. The prices listed on the ordering form do not include the shipping charges. For example, the cost for shipping a 20-pound box from our warehouse to Chicago costs about thirty dollars ($30), but most orders average about 10 pounds.
