Pavolami Salami Fried Rice
A quick and satisfying dish, Fried Rice with Pavolami Salami brings together the comforting appeal of classic fried rice with the bold, savory flavor of Pavolami salami. It’s a perfect balance of smoky, seasoned meat and fluffy, stir-fried rice.

Ingredients

For Soy Mixture:

  • ¼ Cups soy sauce 
  • ½ Tsp sesame oil 
  • ½ Tsp Cumin 
  • ¼ Tsp Sugar 

For Prep:

  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Cups of Pavolami Salami
  • 5 Large eggs scrambled
  • 2 ½ Cups of Cooked White Rice (Cold) 
  • 2 Cloves minced garlic 
  • 1 Tbsp ginger
  • ½ Cup scallions

Instructions

  1. This recipe moves fast so everything should be prepped out entirely before cooking.
  2. Make soy mixture and keep to the side, scramble 5 eggs and keep to the side.
  3. Once all is prepared, in a large sauté pan with oil, heat the pan at medium heat.
  4. Quickly sauté garlic for 10 seconds, then add ginger and cook for 20 seconds. Add scallions, Pavolami Salami and toss together.
  5. Add cooked cold rice to the sauté pan and toss together. Throw in the scrambled eggs and heat it up for about 1 minute.
  6. Add the soy mixture and evenly toss the rice and soy mixture until rice is brown color.
