Pasta with White Sauce and Jamoneta Campesino

  • 1 pound of Macaroni
1. In a pot bring water to a boil water then add oil, salt, the macaroni and half of the chicken broth; cook for a few minutes, strain then set aside.
  • 1 Chicken Broth
  • 1 Onion
2. Cut the Jamoneta Campesino into squares; chop the onion and green pepper it into small pieces. 
  • 1 Green Pepper
3. Cook the butter, onion, green pepper and the Jamoneta Campesino, and ½ chicken broth in one pan.
  • Cilantro
4. Once cooked add the garlic, milk, cilantro and oregano until it thickens
  • 1 tbs of Minced Garlic
5. Once thickened, pour the sauce over the macaroni and decorate with the shredded cheeses.
  • 1 tbs of Ground Oregano
6. Serve and enjoy
  • 1 tbs of Butter
  • 1 cup of Evaporated Milk
  • ½ pound American Cheese and Swiss Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp of Oil
  • 1 lb of Jamoneta Campesino
