Breaded Salami Steak

  • 2 cups of Frying Oil
1. Cut the mushooms, onion, pepper, tomato, garlic, cilantro and olives into small pieces.
  • ½ Onion
2. Cutting off both edges, take the Salami Campesino Especial, remove the wrapper and with a knife make a tunnel into the Salami, on both sides, then finish with a spoon making a cavity to communicate both ends. 
  • ½ Green Peppers
  • Cilantro
  • ½ Tomato
3. Take the salami that you removed and cut into small pieces. 
  • 1 clove of Garlic
4. In a hot pan put a little bit of oil and sauté all the ingredients except the salami and olives. 
  • ½ Chicken Broth
5. After all the ingredients are fried, add the salami and olives; once cooked remove and let it cool slightly adding the grated cheese. (sauce)
  • 3 Mushrooms
  • 1 cup of grated Cheese
6. Now proceed to fill the tunnel of the Salami Campesino Especial with the ingredients above. (sauce)
  • 2 Eggs
7. Get 3 separate plates and put the flour, eggs, and grated bread in each.
  • 1 cup of Flour
8. Place the salami in the plate with flour first, then throug the platter with the beaten eggs and finally in the plate with grated bread, spread a little more with the beaten eggs. 
  • Olives
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs)
9. Once the salami is breaded, fry it using the oil and butter. 
  • Butter
10. Leave it frying for 2 minutes without moving and then turn it and leave it for two more minutes. 
  • ½ bottle of Oil
11. Remove it and cut it into slices. 
  • Lettuce
12. Using the left over sauce add water & heat up until satisfied with texture.
  • 1 lb of Salami Campesino Especial
13. Serve with a salad of lettuce and tomatoes.
