  • 2 green plantains

1. Peel the green plantains and cut it into small pieces, put a little bit of oil to heat in a pan, then fry the green plantains .

  • 3 cloves of garlic
2. Cut the Salami Campesino into fours and fry.
  • 1 cup of frying oil
3. Then in a mortar, mash the green plantains and mix it with the fried Salami Campesino
  • 1 chicken broth
4. Then in a pan with a little bit of oil, fry the garlic, the cilantro, the chicken broth, add a cup of water and bring to a boil.           
  • 1 cup of water
5. Strain and serve with the Salamifongo.
