We specialize in Hispanic-style salami, which is different from traditional hard salami. Our salami is fully cooked, not cured, and is commonly enjoyed fried, grilled, or used in a variety of dishes.

No. We also offer products made with turkey or chicken. Ingredients vary by product and are listed on the packaging.

Our Induveca con Jalapeño, Salapeño and Ver-Mex lines have a mild level of spice. All other products are not spicy.

Yes, you can freeze them.

All our products should be refrigerated, prior to opening and after opening; except for our Induveca Salchichoneta Summer Sausage which does not require refrigeration prior to opening. 

Our salamis and summer sausage are fully cooked and ready to serve directly from the packaging. You can also enjoy them fried, baked or grilled too. Yes, you will receive confirmation via email after you place your order.

We ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays via 2-day mail. They are shipped approximately 24 hours after processing. However, if an order is received Wednesday through Sunday, it will ship the following Monday. 

They are shipped via Federal Express, 2-day delivery with an ice pack to keep foods cool. We do not offer overnight delivery.Shipping company TBD

Yes, there’s a shipping fee based on order size. For smaller orders: $ XXX and for larger orders: $XXX. (Shipping Fee TBD)

No, we only ship within the 48 Contiguous US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico). 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped with a tracking number. You can track your order using that link.
