Our Story

1969

Cima Meat Products

In 1969, a visionary man named Siegfried Vieluf created Cima Meat Products, a company that manufactured Hispanic sausages. The company later changed its name to Cibao Meat Products, Inc, and operated out of a 1,000 square foot facility in Washington Heights, NY. Same Year Cima Meat launched their first products, Campesino Salami and Cibao Longaniza which became very popular within the Dominican community.
