To say that our Salami Campesino is celebrating its golden anniversary, that our company has gone from Cima Meat Products Inc. to Cibao Meat Products Inc., that we’ve come from a small rented local in Washington Heights to owning a bigger building in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx.
