Jamoneta Campesino Salami with Pasta brings together the rich, savory taste of traditional jamoneta with the satisfying heartiness of pasta. It’s a simple yet indulgent recipe that delivers bold flavor in every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Cubed Campesino Jamoneta Salami (julienne cut)
- ½ Cup of Cubed zucchini (green)
- ½ Cup of Cubed, zucchini (yellow)
- One bunch of asparagus
- 1/3 Cup of sliced olives
- ¾ Cup of olive oil
- 3 to 4 Cloves of minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Box of pasta of your choice
Instructions
- Follow the instructions for the pasta of your choice. Once the pasta is done, drain the pasta.
- In a separate pan, stir fry the Campesino Jamoneta Salami, asparagus, zucchini, and olives with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Once the vegetables are cooked to your preference introduce the pasta to the stir fry pan to mix it, so it gets the flavor.
- Garnish with some parsley and shredded Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy!
