La Yola with Del Pueblo Salami

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe plantain 
  • 2 oz. Cream  
  • 2 oz. Butter  
  • 6 oz. Del Pueblo Salami
  • 4 oz. Béchamel 

Instructions

  1. Boil and mash plantain. (keep the peel)
  2. Mix with butter and cream. 
  3. Fry Del Pueblo salami. 
  4. Plate Plantain back in the peel top with salami and béchamel.
