  1. Peel and cut plantains into thick rounds. 
  2. Fry until soft, remove and flatten. 
  3. Fry again until it is crispy and golden. 
  4. Cook El Bori Chorizo until fully browned. 
  5. Assembly tostone, guacamole and chorizo. 
  6. Optional: top with another tostone. Serve hot.
