Rice with Induveca Salami

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. Rice 
  • 16 oz. Induveca Salami 
  • 4 oz. Corn 
  • 4 oz. Mixed peppers & onion 
  • 2 oz. Oil 
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic 
  • Seasonings (1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken flavor, 1 tsp sofrito, 1 seasoning pack for color)
  • 32 oz. Water

Instructions

  1. Brown Induveca Salami in oil. 
  2. Add garlic and vegetables, sauté. 
  3. Add seasonings and mix. 
  4. Add rice and stir. 
  5. Add water and bring it to boil. 
  6. Lower heat, cover, cook for 15 minutes. 
  7. Fluff and serve.
