That is why we were incredibly proud to bring the flavor to the Ecuadorian Festival in Queens, NY.
The Cibao team joined thousands of New Yorkers to celebrate Ecuadorian Independence, heritage, and culture. Amidst the incredible music and sea of yellow, blue, and red flags, our team hosted a high-energy tasting booth where we served up fresh, sizzling bites of our El Ñañito Chorizo. Crafted from premium pork and seasoned with a bold blend of authentic spices, it was an absolute joy to share this product—which was inspired specifically by the warmth of Ecuadorian cooking—with the community.
