We were honored to participate in the Hispanic State Parade of NJ and especially proud to celebrate this moment as Company of the Year.
On October 5, 2025, the Cibao team joined thousands of proud community members to celebrate the beautiful, diverse tapestry of Hispanic heritage. We brought back our fan-favorite custom parade float and proudly displayed flags from across the Americas, including the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, and Argentina!
We know that food and culture are deeply intertwined. Because Cibao was founded in 1969 to serve the local immigrant community, supporting pan-Latin events like the Hispanic State Parade of NJ is incredibly personal to us. It allows us to honor our shared heritage, preserve the culinary traditions of the diaspora, and give back to the neighborhoods that have welcomed us to their tables for three generations.
