Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pound salami, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • sald and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine salami, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.
  • Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and toss well.
