We were thrilled to bring the flavor to the Dominican Republic Festival in Perth Amboy, NJ and celebrate alongside such an incredible community.
The Cibao team headed to Perth Amboy to join thousands of community members for a day of music, dancing, and overwhelming Dominican pride. During the event, our team hosted a tasting tent where we served up fresh bites of our iconic Campesino Salami and Cibao Longaniza.
We loved seeing so many familiar faces, handing out our signature tote bags, and dancing along to the live music. We know that food is the heart of every great celebration. Because Cibao was founded in 1969 by an entrepreneur with roots in Santiago, Dominican Republic, supporting events like the Perth Amboy Dominican Festival is incredibly personal to us. It allows us to honor our heritage, preserve the culinary traditions of the Caribbean, and give back to the communities that have welcomed us to their tables for three generations.
