From June 29 - July 1, 2025, the Cibao team traveled to the Fancy Food Trade Show in New York City to connect with top buyers, culinary innovators, and fine food enthusiasts from across the globe.
During the event, our culinary team hosted an exclusive tasting experience at our booth, serving up artisan bites of our legendary Campesino Salami alongside bold new favorites like our Induveca con Jalapeño. We loved introducing international attendees to the unmatched smoky, savory profiles of our authentic Caribbean recipes.
